The Dog on the Beach. We Own the Buoy! Odessa beach, around 9 p.m. The owner decided to take a walk at the beach with her dog, and the doggo decided to take a swim and pick up some buoys. Linda (the dog) liked them so much she refused to exchange the buoy for the owner’s slippers.
